Earnings Disclaimer
This page exists because this subject attracts a great many dishonest promises, and we would like to be clearly outside that category.
We make no income claims
Nothing on this site, in our emails, or in our free material promises or implies that you will earn any amount of money. Not a figure, not a range, not a timeline.
If you ever see something on this site that reads like an income promise, it is an error — please report it to us and we will remove it.
Most people do not earn money from courses
This is worth saying plainly: the majority of people who buy a course of any kind, on any subject, do not earn money as a result. Most commonly because they do not finish it.
Affiliate marketing is a real business model that works for some people. It is also competitive, slower than it is usually portrayed, and requires sustained effort over months. Anyone suggesting otherwise is selling you something.
Testimonials and endorsements
This site does not currently publish any testimonials. If we add real ones in future, each will reflect that individual’s actual, honestly reported experience, and — per the FTC Endorsement Guides — will not be presented as typical or guaranteed results. Most people who take any course experience results that differ substantially, usually toward earning less than a featured example, if anything at all.
Results depend on factors outside anyone’s control
Your effort, your existing skills, the time you can commit, the budget you have, the offer you choose, the traffic source you use, competition, platform policy changes, and market conditions all affect outcomes. None of these are within our control, and several are not within yours.
Any example or illustration on this site is exactly that — an illustration of a method, not a representation of typical results.
Spend only what you can afford to lose
If you choose to spend money on advertising or on a course, treat it as money at risk. Do not fund it with borrowing, and do not commit money you need for anything else.
Third-party claims are not ours
We do not control what a vendor says on their own sales page. If a product we link to makes income claims, those claims are theirs, we do not endorse them, and you should treat them with the same scepticism we would.
If you see a vendor we link to making claims you think are dishonest, tell us at hello@startearning.co — it is grounds for us to stop recommending them.
